what locations do you serve?

The Northern Virginia region of the United States. If you are interested in Real Estate Express, but are located outside of Northern Virginia, then email hello@mmphotography.pro to start a conversation. Conditions apply.

are the photos and 3d virtual tour mls friendly?

Yes, the photos and 3D virtual tour are MLS friendly.

Each photo fulfills the File Format requirement (.JPEG), the minimum Dimension (1024 x 768 pixels), the File Size range (3-15 MB per image), a Horizontal Orientation of 4:3 or 3:4, the use of sRGB color space, and an Online Display of 72 DPI. Conditions apply.

To book "Real Estate Express" by Mary Margaret Photography, start by clicking the button above that reads "Apply for a Photoshoot", under the title "Select Your Next Step." Then, click the Package Name of the Package you are desiring, and fill out & submit the application form. Conditions apply.

when is the latest i can apply for a real estate express package?

3 days prior to your desired Photoshoot Date, is the last day you can apply for your desired Photoshoot Date. If the application is submitted any day after 3 days prior, then there will be later available Photoshoot Dates to select. Conditions apply.

do i need to be present on-site, on the photoshoot date?

No. If you would like to be present on the property/Photoshoot site on the Photoshoot Date, then you may, but it is not required. Conditions apply.

I need photoshoots for multiple listings. do you offer a bundle i can book instead?
